How To Approve/Reject A Facility Booking

Facility bookings play a pivotal role in fostering community engagement and revenue generation. To streamline this process, we have introduced a feature that empowers you to provide your tenants with a seamless facility booking experience while granting administrators the ability to approve or reject booking requests. In this support document, we will guide you through the steps to effectively manage this feature.


How to Approve or Reject Bookings:


  • Setting Up Approval during Facility Creation: When creating a new facility, ensure you click on the 'Approval Required' option. This step is crucial as it defines whether a booking request requires approval or not.

  • Navigating to Booking History: Go to Circles > Facility booking > Facilities  

  • Reviewing Booking History: Locate the relevant facility for which you wish to manage bookings.Inside the facility's settings, you'll find the 'Booking History' section.

  • Approve or Reject Bookings: In the 'Booking History' section, you will find a comprehensive list of all bookings made for the selected facility. For each booking, you will have the option to either approve or reject it based on your requirements.
