How To Create A New Facility

We aim to make managing facilities for your members or tenants a breeze. Whether your facilities are physical spaces like gyms, swimming pools, or meeting rooms, or services like private cabin stickering for coworking spaces or yoga classes for residential properties, our system allows you to effortlessly organize and offer these amenities. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to create and manage facilities within our system.

To add a new facility to our system, follow these simple steps:

• Accessing the Facility Creation Page: Godview > Circles > Facility booking > +Facility

• Property and Custodian Tagging: Assign the facility to a specific property and custodian. If the facility is shared between multiple properties, you can tag the additional properties to make it visible to tenants from those selected locations.

• Details and Categories: Provide essential details for your facility, including its name and a unique facility ID. Specify the facility's capacity. From the categories dropdown, indicate whether it's a physical facility or a service.

• Booking Restrictions: Configure booking restrictions as needed. Determine how many bookings one person can make per day, week, month, or year.

• Booking Information: Specify whether facility bookings require approval. Indicate if payment is necessary for booking. Decide whether same-day bookings are allowed.

• Booking Duration: Choose the type of booking slots available for users, such as hourly, daily, or flexible. If the facility is a paid service, define the charges based on hourly, daily, or flexible rates.

• Booking Availability: Set the facility's open hours based on daily, weekly, or custom availability.

• Terms and Conditions: Include any necessary terms and conditions for facility usage.

• Adding Images: Enhance your facility's presentation by adding relevant images.

• Submission: Once you've filled out all the details, click "Submit" to save your facility.
