Once you've completed the basic setup for a property, you'll be directed to the 'Rates and Availability' section, where you can further customize your property's settings. If you're dealing with long-term contracts or accepting payments through post-dated cheques, setting up your property with a 'Yearly' contract type is recommended.

Here's a step-by-step guide to configuring your property for yearly pricing:

  • Define Pricing: Before setting the contract type, you can establish pricing at either the unit level or the category level. This initial pricing setup is crucial.

  • Select Yearly Contract Type: After defining pricing, navigate to the 'Types of stay' table. Choose the 'Yearly' option to align with your property's contract type.

  • For Properties Linked to Booking Engine:

  • Booking Website Display: Decide whether you want to display vacant units or vacant categories on your booking website.

  • Auto-Allocate Rooms: Streamline room allocation based on gender preferences and availability. This is especially useful if units have specific preferred genders.

  • Set Booking Restrictions: Configure booking restrictions, such as minimum length of stay and the duration within which a person can book accommodation after opening the booking portal for the first time. Adjust these settings if they apply to your property.

  • Select Room Categories: Scroll down to the room categories and choose the categories available at your property. If you're not seeing invoices as per your preference, double-check the category setup in the settings.

  • Save and Exit: Once you've selected the appropriate categories, the 'Save and exit' option will become active. Click this option to finalize and save your yearly pricing property setup.
