Congratulations on successfully setting up your property! After completing the initial setup, you will transition to the "Rates and Availability" page, where your first decision awaits: choosing the type of stay.
Selecting the Type of Stay - If your property is intended for short-term rentals, "Nightly Stays" is the ideal choice. You also have the flexibility to combine nightly stays with monthly or yearly options, allowing for hybrid rental possibilities within your property.
Maximum and Minimum Stay Duration: Specify the maximum number of days for a stay to be considered nightly. Additionally, set restrictions on the minimum number of days required for booking and how far in advance reservations can be made from the current date.
After configuring nightly stays, you'll proceed to the 'Pricing Setup' page, where you can establish pricing slabs based on the duration of the stay.
Define Slabs: Set up pricing slabs based on the duration of the stay.
Define Pricing: Click on 'Define Pricing' to save the slabs you've created.
Weekend Pricing: Enable this option to add a percentage increase to the base price for weekend stays.
Rent : Set up prices for the slabs created earlier for Rent.
Saving Your Configuration : Once you've completed all the necessary configurations, don't forget to click on 'Save and Exit' to ensure your settings are saved.
Your property is now ready for optimal rentals, offering a seamless experience for both you and your guests.
