Posts provide tenants with a platform to express themselves within the community, facilitating interaction and engagement. Our 'Posts' feature allows you to create enjoyable and interactive content for the community. In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple process of creating a new post.

Creating a New Post:

  • Access Post Creation: Go to Godview > Circles > Posts > + Create.

  • Choose the post type : We have two types of posts, one is a ‘Discussion’ which has a simple title and description, another type is a ‘Vote & Poll’ where you can get the opinion of your community members on the given option

  • Property and Audience Selection:Select the property where you want to create the post and specify the intended audience. This ensures your message reaches the right people.

  • Provide Post Details: Add essential details such as the post's 'Title' and 'Description' to convey your message effectively.

  • Set Post Validity Date: Choose the validity date for your post to determine how long it remains visible to the community.

  • Email Sharing and Interaction Settings: You have the option to share the post as an email to enhance visibility. Additionally, you can manage interactions on the post by enabling or disabling likes and comments, depending on your communication preference.

  • Attach Images or Files: Enhance your post by adding relevant images or files in the 'Documents' section, providing additional context or information.

  • Monitor Engagement: By clicking on the 'Seen' option, you can view a list of all the members who have seen or interacted with the post, allowing you to gauge community engagement.
