How to Setup Visitor Management from Godview

Our Security and Visitor management app are powerful tools designed to enhance your property's security and organization. In this guide, we'll provide you with information on how to download the app and set up the visitor management dashboard (Godview) for effective monitoring.

• Visitor Management Dashboard: The Visitor Management dashboard is organized into several sections, each designed to help you keep track of expected visitors, deliveries, vendors, staff members, and parcels.

Visitor, Delivery, and Vendor Log: To check in visitors, deliveries, or vendors to your property, follow these steps:

• Navigate to GodView > Ops > Visitor Management > Visitor Log.

• Admins or site managers can use this section to manage incoming visitors.

• You can also filter results by property and status.

• If needed, you can add a new visitor by clicking the "Add New" button.

• Complete the required information in the "Add Visitor" popup and click "Submit."

Staff Check-In: Admins and site managers can also use the dashboard to check in staff members to the property. Similar to the visitor log, you can filter results by property and status.

Pro Tip : Data regarding staff check-in can be extracted from the system under the "Reports" section, specifically in "Employee Attendance."
