How To Access Work Order?

Keeping track of daily tasks, especially at a larger scale, is essential. To simplify access to these tasks, we have introduced the Work Order feature. Work Orders provide a calendar view of all scheduled tasks, allowing you to filter data based on Point of Contact (PoC), property, and date.


Accessing the Work Order:


  • Access Work Orders: To access the Work Order feature, simply go to Ops > Work Order.

  • Task Color Coding: Tasks on this calendar are color-coded for easy identification. Blue tasks represent Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPMs), while green tasks denote ad-hoc tasks.

  • Calendar View Options: The calendar view is flexible and can be adjusted to suit your preference. You can choose from a 'Day View,' 'Week View,' or 'Month View' to best fit your task tracking needs.
